FORMER CHAIRMAN, ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION (AEC) OF INDIA

Dr. Kakodkar is a global leader in the use of thorium for energy production and advises the technological development of the ANEEL™ fuel. Previously, Dr. Kakodkar served as chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission of India (AEC), the Secretary to the Government of India, and Director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay. He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest civilian honour.

FORMER PRESIDENT & CEO, CANADIAN NUCLEAR SAFETY COMMISSION (CNSC)

Dr. Binder was responsible for overseeing the use of all nuclear energy and materials in Canada. In his roles, including chairing the International Nuclear Regulators Association (INRA), Dr. Binder has been focused on protecting the health, safety and security of citizens and the environment through nuclear power.

As a former presidential appointee to the NRC, and having spent decades in the global nuclear community, Mr. Merrifield is an internationally recognized thought leader on the deployment of nuclear energy and complex energy systems. He is a key advisor to Clean Core’s team with respect to legal issues and strategic partnerships.

A global thought leader in the information technology sector, Mr. Narayanan has held positions as the Chairman of the ICT Academy, Former Chairman of Nasscom, and a Board Member of United Way Chennai. Mr. Narayanan acts as a key strategic advisor to Clean Core.

FORMER NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR (NSA), GOVERNMENT OF INDIA

Mr. Narayanan played a key role in opening US-Indo civil nuclear cooperation and he has served numerous leadership positions in the Indian establishment including the Governor of West Bengal and Advisor to the Prime Minister.
